Why should we consider for
Rhinoplasty
after Two jaw surgery?
Even though Rhinoplasty is not required
after Two Jaw surgery,
there are a lot of people who are concern about their
nose shape after their two jaw surgery.
It’s possible to have more beautiful
nose to harmonize
and balance out the nose and face shape after the surgery.
It depends on the two jaw surgery cases
where in the upper jaw separation process,
the nasal septal cartilage that
supports the nose is loss,
so the nose shape changed and the problem that never
happen might emerge.
As two jaw surgery is variably difficult,
Rhinoplasty couldn’t be done at the same time caused by the swelling
which
makes the nose difficult to breathe and uncomfortable.
Rhinoplasty is
recommended to be done about 2-3 months after the two jaw surgery
when major swelling
is mostly subsided.
In the case where nose tip become short,
implant could be used to raise the nose tip.
In the case of crooked nose,
Nose Bridge
could be corrected with implant.
In the case of buckle nose where it’s
difficult to breath,
inside nose space is made to harmonize breathing.
In the case of wide nose,
Alarplasty is
done to reduce the nose width.
