The most preferred name by Korean is V-line face type.
Lifestyle is important for a balanced face.
Everyday careless actions affect not only face but also jaw joints.

Summer is the season with the most people planning to be on diet during the year. 
People feel obliged to eat less and move more.

Recently, more and more people prefer the so-called 'eye body' 
(a new word combined with the human eye and body composition analyzer brand INBODY)
diet, which observe their body reflected in the mirror rather than being tied to the body weight scale. The biggest changes that can be found through the eye body are 
cellulite reduction, unnecessary fat loss, etc.

A proper diet comes with regular exercise and appropriate diet, 
but it is hard to keep it in busy daily life. Moreover, diet management and exercise are effective for someone with whole body fat. Exercise and diet cannot be effective for the case of someone with fat in certain areas such as the abdomen, thighs, side, and upper arms. Liposuction and non-invasive procedures are helpful in this case.


In order to fundamentally address obesity, 
it is necessary to reduce the number of adipocytes with fat cell size. 
The same goes for partial obesity. 
When combined with exercise and diet only, 
the fat cell size will decrease but the number of fat cells will not decrease.

However, in the case of liposuction, 
it is difficult for anyone to decide easily because of the burden on the operation, pain, and recovery period. Recently, there has been a growing interest in the use of Zeltiq(Cryolipolysis) as an alternative to liposuction.


Zeltiq is a procedure that destroys unnecessary fat after freezing the fat cells at low temperature. One of the biggest advantages of Zeltiq is that even a single operation permanently reduces the number of fat cells. 

Focusing on the fact that fat cells are more sensitive to colder temperatures than muscle, skin, and nerves, it reduces the number of it by freezing exactly only the fat cells 
which will cause them to get destroyed. It can be done in a comfortable state, 
such as watching a book or watching TV, 
and a one-time treatment of about 35 minutes permanently reduces 
about 25% of the fat layer.

Unlike liposuction, Zeltiq feels much less burdened by anesthesia, pain, and recovery.
However, the same effect as surgery can be expected. 
In addition to specific site obesity, Zeltiq also can be performed 
when additional management is needed after liposuction. 
It is a safe procedure approved by the US FDA, European CE, and KFDA and causes almost no scar and mark because there is no incision and anesthesia.


People with cold allergies such as cold urticaria or other conditions associated 
with low temperatures should avoid Zeltiq procedure, 
and it is recommended to get it done a month or two ahead of the time 
if you need to expose the body part treated 
as the fat gradually disappears over 3 months. As with most obesity treatments, 
the effect will get even better if exercise and diet are managed well after the treatment.
