Protect your skin from Alcohol!


If you are enjoying alcohol, you may find yourself with dull and oily skin, 
acne and large pores when you look into mirror on the day after drinking alcohol.

Then why does our skin look bad after drinking alcohol?








If you drink too much, your liver has to overwork 
which would slow down on your whole body’s detoxification function.

This will lead to the lack of waste elimination, which can make our body swollen and dry. 
Dry skin can even end up with acne formation.
Thus this is why our skin looks dull after drinking alcohol.








The most ideal way to protect our skin
is to avoid drinking alcohol, or having right amount of alcohol. 

However, as you cannot avoid drinking alcohol at some occasions, 
you would have to know the way to restore your skin condition faster.

I am pretty sure that you would already be aware of drinking a lot of water. 
Another important factor is the food served with alcohols. 
Usually, the foods that you have while drinking alcohol contains high level of sodium and fat 
which is not good for the edema, skin and diet.

Try to consume vegetables and fruits instead of salty foods while you are drinking alcohol.








You must wash your face when you get back home. 
When you wash your face, finish up with cold water to cool down your face 
while tightening your skin pores.

As soon as you wake up from sleep, wash your face with warm water for fist 10 seconds, 
and then with cold water for next 10 seconds to massage your swollen face.
After the consumption of alcohol our body moisture lever decreases, 
so moisture your skin generously by using facial oil and moisturizers.






Even when you feel like strong-tasting foods on the day after drinking alcohol, 
try to consume foods with less sodium as it isn’t really good for you
 to consume foods with much sodium.


In Korea, people usually consume Dried Pollack Soup after drinking alcohol.

Honey water, banana and milk are also good for you after drinking alcohol.



With these tips above, 
you would be able to become more beautiful even after drinking alcohol!

to lose weight as you can eat any foods as much as you can.

The principle of this method is to eat freely
for 8 hours while fasting for remaining 16 hours every day.

Most of people try to do intermittent fasting to lose weight,
however this method has many hidden effects as well.

to lower blood glucose levels than someone who has low sensitivity, 
and diabetes patients usually have low insulin sensitivity.

Thus if you have high insulin sensitivity, the chance of getting diabetes mellitus type 2 decreases.






6. Increases metabolism speed


Intermittent fasting activates one’s metabolism by allowing effective consumption of calories.

While you are fasting, 
your digestive organs can have a rest which means that you can use that energy to burn fats.

Fasting improves on inflammatory while preventing cancer cell formation.

Can Fruit make you gain weight?



We consume a lot of fruits for our health and skin!
They attract us with their sweetness and various scents.

There are many people who don’t eat fruits as they’ve heard that 
fruits can make them gain weight.



So today, we will find out if fruits actually make us gain weight or not.







1. Do fruits make us fat?

No!


It’s not true that all types of fruits make us gain weight. 
The important factor is the GI (globin insulin) figure of fruits.

Fruits with low GI figure are actually helpful on diet 
while providing vitamins that our body needs.

Fruits with high GI figure contain much fructose which could change into fats easily.
Fruits with high GI figure include watermelon, oriental melon, tangerine, grapes, melon, etc.


On the other hand, 
fruits with low GI figure include grapefruit, kiwi, green apple, tomato etc.











2. Then will fruits with high GI figure make me fat unconditionally?


The answer is No!


Even when you are consuming fruits with high GI figure, 
you can prevent weight gain by changing the way that you consume them.

The GI figure increases when you use blender to consume fruits, 
thus it is ideal for you to eat fruits without processing them.

Also, it is more effective for you to consume fruits in the morning 
as the activation of vitamin inside the fruits takes about 3~4 hours after consumption.



It is ideal for you to consume fruits before or during the meal, 
rather than having them as dessert as this can prevent overeating. 

This is important as the speed of sugar absorption gets faster if you eat fruits after your meal.









You could also access dried fruits such as dried mango in markets easily.

Make sure to drink adequate amount of water while you are consuming dried fruits!
Also, please be aware that you are not consuming too much sugar as dried fruits are usually processed with surgery while they are getting dried.


Thus please read through the nutrition label thoroughly!








Fruits are often misunderstood as a reason for people to gain weight!

However you don’t have to worry about this anymore 
as fruits are way healthier than artificially made sugar, cookies or breads!


Also fructose doesn’t get stored in our body as fat!
