At first, you can maintain your mouth sanitary using mouthwash

since it would be difficult to brush your teeth

and make sure to always keep habit of gargling with mouthwash after eat.

As you know when you unintentionally bite your mouth while eating,

So keep in mind that

Even though you just drink water or any beverages,

strong taste food, hot or spicy food, and salty food after the surgery.

Especially, if you want your swelling to heal faster, salty food is a big NO!!

Too salty or spiced food can make swelling subside slower, too.

At first, you need to start from light liquid food first.

Usually Doctor would recommend you to only consume liquid only for about 1~2 weeks

and possibility to eat general food after 1 month

would be depending on each person recovery condition.

There are a lot of you who probably worry about how to reduce after surgery’s swelling.

It’s true that cool pack helps to reduce the swelling.

However, doing activities and go out for a walk and breathing also is a good way, too!

Couldn’t go out because the face is looking big isn’t the answer.
