Let’s find out How to prevent hair loss!


Everyone would probably know that
black bean has great effect preventing hair loss.

Black bean has so many great effects for our body such as
strengthening liver function, improve the blood circulation, and healthier hair growth.
Black food has been popular since long time ago for its effect to human body.

Is there any food that has great effect for hair other than black bean?

1.     Protein


- Black sesame seed: Strengthen the blood vessels
- Tofu: Control hormones
- Black bean: Strengthens liver function, improve blood circulations, healthier hair growth
- Mackerel: Depilation prevention

The first sign of hair loss starts when the hair becomes thinner.
If the hair lacks of protein, it becomes tangled and thinner,
and chance of hair loss is higher.
It’s good to consume protein from vegetables and fish
than from animal that has high cholesterol.

2.     Iron


- Spinach: Maintaining healthier hair
- Raisin: Good for low blood pressure
- Pine needles: Stronger hair and beautiful skin
- Egg yolk: High protein

Among blood irons, oxygen and nutrients that delivers red blood cells
is an important nutrient to help the scalp blood circulation on the hair root
and hair growth become healthier.  

3.     Vitamin


- Walnut: Improve blood circulation, give protein for skin & hair
- Buckwheat: Strengthening blood vessels, preventing high blood pressure
- Arrowroot: Improve hair root blood circulation, good protein for hair
- Green tea: Control hormones, healthy scalp

Hair scalp becomes dry when it lacks of vitamins,
hair scalp cells shrinks the surrounding pores hardens and hair loss is developing.
The effect helps to treat alopecia aerate.

However, in the opposite effect, what kind of food promotes hair loss?

1.     Food with excessive heat


- Meat: brings heat to digestion
- Fast food: High oil; lacks of vitamins, mineral, etc
- Hot and spicy food: clogging hair scalp pores
- Coffee& caffeine beverages: causes sleep disorder, gastrointestinal

Hot or spicy food causes high calories and pressure for digestion.
Food that promotes heat on body overtires the heat control on human body
and in the end our body can’t control the heat condition which causes
scalp collecting the heat.

2.     Harmful foods/ products


- Cigarette: Blocking blood circulation
- Alcohol: harmful for liver
- Bread, cake, snacks, chocolate, ice cream, etc: High sugar and fat level
- Hormones products: trigger hormones problem

It’s good to avoid harmful foods or products such as
alcohol, cigarettes, instant food that harmful / causes imbalance for blood circulation.
It’s better to consult with Doctor for people that has hair loss problem,
since hormone products secrete artificial hormone to our body.

3.     Bleached product


- Chemical seasoning
- White flour
- Refined salt
- Sugar
- White rice

What happen when we consume those excessive bleached product?
Let’s stay away from bleached whitening products and get close to black products^^

If you are careful with those contents up there,
you would understand close relation with hair loss and diet.
Don’t go starve on diet.
On the other hand, consuming that hair growth food on diet would prevent hair loss.
