Is it true the more often and longer brushing teeth the better it is?

Is it true the more often and longer brushing teeth the better it is?

3 times a day!
Under 3 minutes right after meal!
Brushing teeth for 3 minutes long!

This 333 formula is the brainwash idea since we were young.
Is it true that only by following this 333 formula we could have healthy teeth?
Only by doing this 333 formula we could have clear looking teeth?

How we brush our teeth is more important than brush it often!

By brushing teeth in a proper way, it will be effective even if we brush it only for 1 minute.
The fact is that brushing our teeth with anger wouldn’t clean the remaining dirt
in our teeth well and would just ruin our gum condition.
Brushing teeth softly in order to clean dental plaque
and germs without any hand’s pressure to avoid damaging teeth
and gums is the proper way of brushing teeth.

Keep brushing teeth to left-right direction couldn’t remove dirt teeth gap that well.
3 times a day!
For 3 minutes long!
For those who brush teeth upside down well but don’t have good teeth and gum condition,
Actually, by only brushing teeth could protect dental health but there’s a limit!

I personally think flossing is more important than brushing teeth!
I just started floss a while ago by dentist’s recommendation
after I did invisible orthodontics treatment.

At first I thought, “Do I need to really do it? Its quiet troublesome…”
I was like, “It’s going to ruin my teeth sooner, wouldn’t it?”
What a silly thought it was…
People who do flossing would probably know
that usually we do flossing before we go to sleep,
but we can see some left food on our teeth gap after brushing our teeth by flossing!

Before I know about flossing, those left dirt/ foods on teeth gap always stayed there.
That’s why cavity and gum disease could appear
even though we brush our teeth really well.
Toothbrush could only remove dirt on dental surfaces
and couldn’t really clean around teeth gap.

Flossing!!
It’s needed as much as brushing teeth for the sake of our dental health!

How to floss

Take 20-30cm of floss thread; roll on both ends with your index finger.
After that, put the floss thread softly on teeth gap with in zigzag motion.
It could injure your gum if you put the thread in too strong.

You can just follow the blue arrow on number 4!
Since that space actually a space from gum,
so you don’t have to worry and could just carefully follow the picture instruction
without any problem.

Cleanse your teeth gap by flossing up and down!

Carefully floss the other teeth gap with another side of floss thread.
When you do this, you could see remaining food/dirt that we couldn’t see by eyes.

Here’s another type of floss to make flossing easier!

Using same dental floss to clean many areas isn’t good
because it give higher possibility of germs and bacteria reproduction.
You can use this one as travel floss as first aid supplies.

This is interdental brush!
It’s convenient to use and remove out remaining food or dirt well
and suitable for old people who usually a gap on their teeth.
You should never use toothbrush to remove out remaining dirt/ food on dental gap
since it could damage your gum.
So use toothbrush to clean dental surfaces area,
and floss to clean up dental gap area.

Since it takes a lot of money also scary sometimes to go to dentist,
improve your daily habit little by little and you could reduce frequency to go to dentist.
Also, actually if you have irregular teeth,
you should check if there any remaining dirt/food that has been remaining for a long time!
If you have regular teeth condition, there would be less remaining dirt/food too.
So, why not to start flossing to improve your dental health?
By then, you would realize the difference with your dental concerns.
