Ptosis is inherently caused by a weak eyelid lifting forces or by acquired factors such as aging and trauma. If you have ptosis, you often use your forehead and forehead muscles to see objects, causing deep wrinkles, and eyelids that cover your pupils, causing vision problems. It is a surgery that improves the root cause of ptosis (eye muscles) and enhances eye opening strength which turning drowsy eyes into clear eyes. Eyelid Ptosis correction can be divided into two types of incisions and non-incisions. Because non-incisional eye correction does not make an incision, there is less scar and it is relatively faster to recover than incision method.


The general double eyelid surgery is basically a surgery as its name, a surgery to make the double eyelids. It is a surgery that connects the structures that open the eyes and the skin and tissue where the double eyelid lines will be formed. If Ptosis correction is more focused on the functional aspect, double eyelid surgery is the cosmetic aspect. However, it is possible to make double eyelids at the same time while performing Ptosis correction even if there were double eyelids, Ptosis correction can be done.
