However, this non-incisional method will not be effective for a thick nose or 
the case of nostrils that are far apart due to its limited range that can be reduced 
without making an incision. 
It also may be inconvenient because it requires several regular treatments 
to maintain the shape improved through melting thread 
if it melts inside of body after a certain period of time.

Reducing the below nose alar through minimal incision and tying the nose alar together
through elastic thread will be effective for the case. 
Treatment using elastic thread lasts semi-permanent, 
and the elasticity of the thread is similar to ligaments of the human body 
which creates natural result while smiling or talking.

The height of nose, length, shape of tip, and the width of nasal bridge need 
to be considered for a rhinoplasty. It is important to find an ideal nose shape suitable 
for individual features balancing together.

Ms. A(29, F) worker who has been suffering from stubby and unattractive nose is planning to do a plastic surgery for the upcoming Chuseok holiday.

The incisional method is effective
