Influencer for a Day at
Banobagi + SCS Afternoon Tea Event
Have you ever wanted to attend an exclusive influencer event? As someone who spends most of their time in front of a computer, working in an office, I never expected to get that experience. But, on July 6th, I unexpectedly got the chance to be an influencer for a day in Seoul! I attended the Banobagi Medical Group + Seoul Cosmetic Surgery (SCS) event, “Beauty, Bubbles, & High Tea” as a Be Mused Korea influencer.
At this exclusive event hosted by SCS, I had afternoon high tea and champagne with some familiar faces from YouTube and Instagram. I also learned a lot about plastic surgery and dermatology services while living my best influencer life for a day.
Banobagi Medical Group Tour
The afternoon started with a tour of the Banobagi Plastic Surgery Clinic. Fortunately, the clinic has multilingual staff, so everyone could follow along with the tour. I was fascinated by how thorough the consultation processes are and how advanced the technology is. The influencers and I had several questions about common requests and the newest available procedures. And I also got to touch my first set of breast implants!
Banobagi recently rolled out a new hair transplant technology that relocates healthy hair follicles to areas with delicate, weaker hair. And hair doesn’t just look fuller after this procedure. It IS fuller thanks to individual strand grafting, which allows the hair to continue growing naturally in its new location. While I thought this would be a popular procedure for men, a lot of women get this as well to even out their hairlines and treat thinning.
Seoul Cosmetic Surgery Services
During the event, I was able to get a moment with the Seoul Cosmetic Surgery CMO, Mona Lisa Hanson, for an interview. When considering coming to Seoul for plastic surgery or dermatological treatments, it can be overwhelming to also take care of things like transportation, hotel reservations, etc. Seoul Cosmetic Surgery is taking strides to make the entire cosmetic surgery experience comfortable and even fun from start to finish. Beauty, Bubbles, & High Tea
After the tour, we headed over to a quaint little brunch cafe called Elsa’s Garden for Afternoon Tea. Everyone had a chance to get better acquainted and win some amazing prizes by showing how much they learned about the procedures and services offered by Seoul Cosmetic Surgery and Banobagi Clinic. I didn’t win any prizes but did leave with an influencer gift bag of the new Banobagi Milk Thistle skincare line and a reminder to indulge in self-care for overall health.
