Food that reduce stress


People get stressed a lot during their daily life.
We cannot see the stress with our eyes, but we can feel it ourselves.

People in these days get stressed a lot from various reasons such as
money, family, health and so on.
It is hard to avoid stress at all, but it is possible to relieve our stress!

If you cannot avoid stress, 
you have to relieve it as much as you can as stress could cause various diseases!!



Thus I will introduce some foods that reduce stress today!





1. Food that can reduce stress – Green vegetables


Green vegetables contain folic acid that can produce dopamine which can make us happy, thus there is less chance for people who consume folic acid to get depression.






2. Food that can reduce stress – Yogurt


There is a research proved that the brain activity of the part in charge of stress of people who consumed yogurt has decreased.
You can control your emotion better and yogurt is also good for our healthy as it is enriched with calcium and protein.






3. Food that can reduce stress – Salmon



When we get stressed, hormones like adrenalin and cortisol get secreted and Omega 3 component in salmon effects the opposite way which helps to reduce stress.
Salmon dish for one person contains more than 2000mg of Omega 3.







4. Food that can reduce stress – Blueberry



Blueberry is enriched with antioxidant and phytonutrients 
that help our body to react to the stress well.







5. Food that can reduce stress – Dark chocolate



Dark chocolate helps to reduce stress hormones like cortisol and the antioxidant from cocoa has calming effect on blood vessels that are tensed from stress.







6. Food that can reduce stress – Milk


Milk is the raw material of vitamin D can make us happier and people who consumed a lot of milk has less chance of getting depression.

Coconut Oil

And it also includes the ingredient that is good for anti-inflammatory

Become more Beautiful with beauty tips for skin!




When winter comes, the weather get cold, 
and the temperature indoor increases to avoid cold weather from outdoor and get dry. 
Let’s find beauty food to moisturize the skin in the dry condition!








1. Pomegranate


Pomegranate protects the skin with full of ingredient of iron and estrogen.









2. Chocolate


The main ingredient when making chocolate, Cacao has polyphenol 
which controls active oxygen and moisturize and smoothen the skin.








3. Sweet potato


For prevention of water evaporating from skin, Sweet potato is one of the best food, 
and also has much vitamin A which is good for dry skin.








4. Carrot


For vitamin A, Carrot is good food which creates cortex which makes skin more moisturizing.









5. Olives/Olive oil


Well known as healthy food, Olive and olive oil contains vegetable oil, 
and vitamin E which controls waters on corneum and regenerates skin damage.
