1. Pomegranate
Pomegranate protects the skin with full of ingredient of iron and
estrogen.
2. Chocolate
The main ingredient when making chocolate, Cacao has

3. Sweet potato
For prevention of water evaporating from skin, Sweet

5. Olives/Olive oil
Well known as healthy food, Olive and olive oil contains

and vitamin E which controls waters on corneum and regenerates
skin damage.
