The Patient’s Life Before Surgery
Our lovely patient is a model that was lacking confidence in herself. It is normal to begin to develop insecurities about how we look physically as we grow older. She, in particular, did not like her nose. At a young age, she had a cute, little nose, but as she developed into a teen it began to grow. Her modeling agent never considered her particularly slim with the way her body contours, just a healthy weight. Cosmetic Surgery Consultation
During her consultation with Banobagi, we welcomed our patient with our warm and inviting staff. She changed into a turquoise gown to prepare for before photos. When our patient arrives on surgery day, our goal is to make you feel as relaxed as possible. We can only imagine the number of nerves going through your body. To make our patient feel more comfortable, we filled the room with English speaking staff to help translate the rhinoplasty and liposuction procedure. We had our patient clean her mouth and face thoroughly and get changed before entering thesurgery room.

The patient stayed in the hospital for one night after the procedure was completed. Due to our highly trained staff, she was able to have a quick recovery. Before she left home we supplied her with kits to wash her wounds and a face mask to disguise the bandages on her nose if she were to go outside.She was on bed rest for the first few days. We encouraged her to take frequent walks to reduce the swelling faster. When her nose cast came off, she felt completely confident to send a photo of her nose without photoshop. She was so excited when she saw her nose so straight for the first time after her nose job. Within 5 days after surgery, she went out to the shops to try on clothes. Even with post-surgery bruising, she already felt so much more attractive. She was able to recognize the significant size her thighs and abdomen slimmed down too.
One Month Post Surgery
The patient has returned back to her hometown one month post surgery with minimal swelling. She was ready to get back on her feet and return to work and normal activities. Since the surgery, she has gained a new found confidence towards her modeling career. She no longer feels the need to photoshop her photos due to the significant body fat loss. are performed together and differently approached like mini lifting.”
Thread lifting has the advantage of being
relatively simple and quick recovery without incision. However, without
considering the shape of the face and the aging status, thread lifting itself
will not be effective. For example, if the cheekbones are wide and the chin is
short, face may look wide when the tissue is pulled with a thread because the
sagging flesh will be pushed upward to the cheekbones. Moreover, if there's also
buccal fat sagging, thread lifting will result rather awkward look than before.
In this case, buccal fat removal and fat graft to the short chin will improve the
proportion of the face and also lifting effect.
Dr. Barn also said “Liposuction and fat
graft do not require separate incision and suture, and can be performed
simultaneously with thread lifting. However, if the skin is thin or fat is excessively
extracted from a certain small part, skin may become uneven. Therefore, it is recommended
to consult with a plastic surgeon who has many clinical experience and can accurately
diagnose patient's condition.”
What are the points to note when wanting to improve it?
As you age, the wrinkles around your mouth
are just as concerned as the wrinkles around your eyes. In particular, the
marionette wrinkles and nasolabial folds are a representative aging process. Nasolabial
folds are from the nose to the outer corners of the mouth, and marionette line
is the wrinkles from the outer corners of the mouth toward the chin.
We will look ten years younger than our
actual age without the wrinkles on the skin. However, nasolabial and marionette
wrinkles are not easy to treat. It is difficult to see effects only with
cosmetics or self-care. Accordingly, there is increasing interest in improving
wrinkles with medical help. Botox and filler are easy and economical treatment
to improve wrinkles around the mouth. It is especially good to use a
long-lasting filler for nasolabial folds that have a lot of movement whenever
you eat, drink, or speak.
If there is a limit to the effect with
botox or filler, a lifting procedure can be considered. If you are young or if
the wrinkles are not severe, laser lifting such as Thermage or Ulthera would be
a good option. Laser lifting allows returning to daily life immediately after
the procedure, and there is less worry about bruising and swelling because no
needle is used during the procedure.
If the nasolabial fold is deeply resided or
the age is over 40-50, thread lifting is preferred to laser lifting. In
particular, the elastic band lifting is a procedure to restore the elasticity
of the skin on the lower face such as cheeks and chins by using a special
material elastic band instead of thread. It has higher tensile strength
(tolerant to stretch) than conventional lifting threads. The lasting period is
longer than the existing thread lifting.
If you are in your 50s to 60s or older, it

Why Did Businesses Move From Prime Metropolitan Area To Rustic Farmlands?
From 1969 to 1970, two ways of transport were installed for easier access to the district: the Hannam Bridge and the Gyeongbu Expressway. With easier ways to get to the district came a rapid urban development and industrial revolution of the area. Alongside rapid population increase, many residents had no choice but to move further south and call the Gangnam District home.
With rapid expansion comes a larger issue: lack of space. This led to a huge change in 1972. The local government banned the construction notion of new real estate within the Northern area. By the late 1970s, the population excelled so quick that apartment complexes came overnight. Once again upping the supply and demand pattern.
