4 steps of All for One Angled Jaw Surgery
As you already know, face contour surgery

Mandibular osteotomy
The angled section of the jaw below the ear is commonly referred to
as a “square jaw” or the mandibular angle.
The mandibular osteotomy smoothly
shaves the mandibular bone and thins it,
resulting in a natural curve when seen
from both the front and the side;
it also slims and smooths downs the facial
curve towards the chin.
2.
Cortical Osteotomy
The facial bone consists of three layers: the outer cortical bone,
the cancellous bone, and the inner cortical bone.
Cortical osteotomy thinly
shaves off the outer cortical bone, and can offer
a safe and effective jawline
improvement if operated by an experienced specialist.
3.
Buccal Fat Removal
There are two layers of facial fat: a thin and singular layer of
subcutaneous fat
just underneath the skin, and the buccal fat that lies deep
within the cheek.
Liposuction is used for the subcutaneous fat,
but removing
the buccal fat requires an excision through the insides of the mouth.
4.
Masseter muscle reduction
A firm and deep-rooted flesh can be
felt when pressing down the jaw area right
below the ear: this is the masseter,
a muscle that is a part of the system
that help us chew, but also a cause of a
protruded square jaw
when excessively developed.
Botox gives the muscle a temporary reduction,
but surgically
removing the excess part at the time of a square jaw reduction
gives a
permanent result and a greater satisfaction.
