surgery depends on 'harmony' of doctor and patient

Usually double eyelid or
nose surgery is the first thought
when we think about cosmetic or plastic
surgery.
The most common surgery in our country would be eye and nose surgery.

According to ISAPS
(International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery)

the most performed cosmetic surgery in the world in 2016 is breast
augmentation surgery,
and the second most commonly performed plastic surgery is
liposuction.
Eye and nose surgery were ranked on third and fourth.
Based on
last year’s result,
the number of worldwide surgeries taken in statistics were
1,642,971 surgeries,
which is a huge number considering the number of surgeries
not caught by statistics.
Especially, implant
removal surgery was 155,453 cases.
Implants are used for most breast
augmentation surgery except for fat grafting surgery.
Based on last year,
about
1 out of 10 people is removing implants if they have undergone breast surgery.
All revision surgery is a
burden,
especially for breast surgery that considered as a quiet painful
surgery
as a revision which is more concerning for patients.
To prevent
revision surgery, both doctors and patients should put their best effort
to achieve
the best results during the first operation.
Breast augmentation
surgery procedure is skin incising,
making space and inserting implants.
The
patient usually tells the doctor about the desired breast size.
The type of
implants (smooth or textured) and shape (round or droplet)
are often determined
