What’s Good for HAIR LOSS?









MILK



Milk is one of perfect food that contains various nutrients.
Protein, Calcium, Vitamins provide essential nutrients to brain.

If you have dry and damaged hair ends,
try soak and message with milk heated close to body temperature.







EGG


Egg is another complete food like milk.
Abundant protein and fat in egg are good supplement for damaged hairs.

Oral consumption is also good but we suggest mixing it with milk and apply it on your hair.
Clean it after 10-15 minutes with warm water
and you’ll feel your hairs much healthier and scalp less drier.








VINEGAR


Vinegar works similar like rinse, a hair product.
It produces a protection surrounding hairs and makes it shine.
Among regular vinegar, especially fruit vinegar contain
more Sodium, Potassium, and Vitamin B1,
so you can expect more shiny hairs after applying it.

that were unwashed on scalp from shampoo or soap.

Banana



Banana contains the ingredient called tryptophan 
which expedites secretion of happy hormone called serotonin, 
and sleeping hormone melatonin. 

Tryptophan cannot be created in the body,
 so it must be taken consciously with meals.






 Cherry


Cherry contains plentiful of melatonin. 
Melatonin easily dissipates by aging, stress, 
artificial daylights such as television, computer, and game players. 

The reason why people complain for insomnia as they age is 
because secretion of melatonin in the body reduces as they age. 

Therefore, it is effective to have food
