Tips after Fat Grafting!

1. There will be some swelling and bruising!

2. It is best to have cold pack for 2-3 days

to reduce swelling and prevent inflammation!

3. Light activity is helpful for rapid recovery!

4. It is good to put a pillow higher than the heart for 1-2 days!

5. Washing face and putting makeup is possible from the 22nd day!

6. It is NOT recommended to have a sauna or whole body bath

for 3 weeks and simple shower after the 3^rd day!

7. You are not suggested to get massage or meridian massage for 3 months!!

8. Please avoid heavy exercise and sweat!

9. You should avoid drinking alcohol at least for two weeks!

Do not smoke!

If you would like to keep smoking,

you shouldn’t do fat grafting as the survival rate would be decreased!

It is better to take the antibiotics on time and avoid excessive salt consumption!

You may feel temporary asymmetry on your face

because of the swelling after the fat grafting.

However, you don’t have to worry as it's a natural reaction

for a few days after the treatment!

How long does it take to come back to daily life?

In case of hematopoietic stem cell,

it has a high survival rate and a little bit more swelling

compared to the general fat graft.

That makes you to prepare for unnatural look for about 2 weeks,

Almost everyone would know something happened to you.

I used to sleep curled up,
