Rough Hair and Hair Loss!

to treat your hair at home!
1. Brushing
Massage
Massage
your scalpand brush your hair
before washing your
hair.
When
you massage your scalp lightly,
it stimulates and boosts
your blood circulation.
Direction:
apply an acupressure massage
by rubbing your
scalp with your finger lightly.
When applying your hair with water or foamy shampoo,
brush your hair with a
thick brush.
Brushing and scalp-massaging
boost your blood circulation

2. Using shampoo and conditioner that suit you
Does anyone who buys scalp shampoo
because of
the advertisement?
Scalp Shampoo is a good shampoo
to remove
dirt from your scalp,
but your hair becomes stiff after shampooing.
Therefore, you should use this kind of shampoo
if you have a severe hair
or dry scalp.
Don’t forget to rinse it off thoroughly!
It would be better if
you use conditioner
after shampooing your hair.
Apply conditioner without touching your scalp
and wait for 2 ~3 minutes then rinse it off.
Using cold water to rinse the
conditioner
will
be good for
your scalp.
3. Treating your hair with the treatment once or twice a
week
Treatment is good for
restoring and
protecting your hair.
Apply the conditioner except the scalp
and cover your hair with hair cap or
steam towel on.
Wait for 10~15 minutes
then you may rinse
it off.
4. Applying sunblock and hair oil
Apply sunblock and hair oil
to give nutrition
and prevent your hair
from heat and dryness.
It’s important to apply sunblock or hair oil,
from the tip to the hair root.
5. Treat your hair with hair pack at least twice
a month
Just like you wash your face,
apply nutrition
cream every day,
and use face mask once/twice a week,
you have to treat your hair with hair moisturizer
once/twice a week as well.
Hair nutrition is
necessary for healthy hair
since it doesn’t have an ability to regenerate itself.
6. Hair essence application to protect your hair
After shampooing, applying sunblock,
and drying your hair
apply hair essence before going out
to prevent
your hair from UV rays.
It’s a good habit to apply hair essence!
In the morning,
massage your scalp with your fingers,
brush your
hair after foamy shampooing,
and then brush your teeth
with the hair
conditioner applied on.
And you could rinse your hair off
after brushing
your teeth!
Don’t for get to apply hair oil
before drying
your hair ;-)
Finally, apply the hair essence before going
out.
Treating your hair with conditioner or hair
pack once/twice a week
would greatly improve your hair condition!!!
