What types of food are bad for hair growth
and cause hair loss?
-Oily or Fried Food-
When you eat a lot of oily food, it causes
vascular diseases
and it causes enlargement of sebaceous glands on the scalp.
When the sebaceous glands are enlarged, the hair root activities are blocked.
Therefore, you should eat mainly on the lean part when you consume meat.
It is
better to avoid the oil of beef, pork, and fries as much as possible.
-Instant food and Beverages-
Hair scalp is the part that keratin and
sebum are easily piled up.
It is easy for modern people who eat processed food
or food with additives
get diseases such as atopy, skin abnormality and skin
inflammation without difficulty.
Soft drinks and carbonated beverages are
usually cold.
Drinking these types of beverages often makes our body feel cold

hair growth and scalp blood circulation.
-Sweet food-
Sweet food could increase insulin hormones
secretion,
which could also increase male hormone level.
This leads to the higher
possibility of hair loss, so it is better to avoid sweet food.

gets higher if consuming a lot of instant food such as
sweet soda beverages,
ice cream, desserts, snacks,
bread, instant noodles, ham, processed food, etc. during
the adolescence.
-Excessive salt consumption-
When you consume too much salt, the nature
of sodium makes it easier
to experience hypertension symptoms and put a lot of
burden on kidney and heart.
This cause blood circulation disorder or adult
disease and it is easy to cause hair loss.
Therefore, consuming less salt is a
way for healthy life.
-Alcohol and cigarettes-
Even if head area is usually the main that
produces sweat and smell,

a lot of liquor but relatively low exercise.
When you drink a lot of alcohol,
