Transconjunctival fat reposition is a principle of filling ligaments of the tear troughs (the part that is hollowed like a furrow under the eyes) using the fat under eye eyes. Occasionally, if a long time elapses after face contouring surgery, the bone may be covered over the fixed pins. In this case, the pin may not be 100% removed. Therefore, if you absolutely want to remove the fixing pin, it is the best timing to get it done from 3-6 months to 1 year after surgery that is the period of the bones adhere.
