Soda, candy or other high sweet food that

Even though the most important ingredients
from orange, lemon and other citrus fruits is the vitamin C that maintaining

over consuming those foods aren’t good for our dental health.

we drink a lot of water and the acid weakened and
slows the growth of a substance called enamel in our teeth which leads to
corrosion.

grapefruit juice causes corrosion as much as Coke(cola)
does.
Specialist said that high acid level inside grapefruit weaken our teeth,
that’s why it’s recommended to brush teeth within 20 minutes after ingest
citrus fruits.

vegetables
We usually find pickled vegetables inside
sandwiches for its low calories and taste. However we need to know that pickled
vegetables has acid and sugar level
which makes it high acid food.
It’s good to balance consumption of pickled
vegetables
with food that neutralize the acidity.
For example to consume cheese
to balance out since it contains calcium.
Dried
fruits
Dried fruits definitely contain a lot of
sugar, so it’s easily stick to our teeth.

our teeth.

sugar,

putting milk than sugar
helps to counter balance the acidity from coffee.
